Congratulations to David Williams of Lee & Associates. David is the lucky winner of the Fender guitar signed by the Grammy Award-winning band Train.

David won the guitar by participating in LoopNet’s recent promotion, following the LoopNet LA Traffic Jam held in downtown LA in January.

Ok – a guitar may not instantly make David a musical rock star but he is a rock star in commercial real estate. Using the power of 3D projection, LoopNet made a building vanish from the LA skyline at their epic event, the LA Traffic Jam, on January 18th. The night featured a private concert by the Grammy award-winning band Train and a mind-blowing special effect. In a first-of-its kind experience, LoopNet demonstrated that ‘if your commercial real estate listings aren’t advertised with LoopNet Premium Lister, they may as well be invisible.’

The event was attended by top professionals in the industry including Michael McRoskey, Managing Director of Jones Lang LaSalle, and winner of the backstage meet and greet with the band.  Michael also walked away with a $1250 Fender guitar signed by the band.
