What’s the difference between Premium Lister and Premium Searcher?
Premium Lister is for commercial real estate professionals who seek to market their listings to the largest online audience and get exposure on the major search engines. With Premium Lister you have access to lead lists, professional marketing tools, and listing exposure tracking.

Premium Searcher is designed for members searching for commercial real estate who need unlimited marketplace searching access. Premium Searcher gives you the competitive advantage to be ahead of the game. You can view all active listings, get price change alerts, and receive daily new listing alerts. You will also have access to professional-quality reports and advanced searching tools.

How do I swap which listing is Premium?
To swap a listing from Standard to Premium exposure:
1. Log in to and select the “My Listings” tab from the My LoopNet page.
2. Click “Learn More” below the “My Listings” heading.
3. Next to “Select a Standard Listing,” choose a property to upgrade from the menu.
4. Select a property you want to downgrade in the “Select a Premium Listing” menu.
5. Click “Swap Listings.”
This will make your Standard listing a Premium listing and your Premium listing Standard.

How do I add a photo?
To add a photo to a Listing:
1. Log-in to, and select the “My Listings” tab from the My LoopNet page.
2. Click the “Edit” tab under the listing you wish to add a photo to.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page where you will see your property photos and a button titled “Add Photos”. Click on that button and click “I agree to LoopNet’s Terms”. Click “Continue” to add photos.
4. Find the photo you wish to upload on your computer and click “open”. You have the option to add a caption to describe your photo, delete your photo, or rotate it.
5. You may drag and drop your photos in the order you wish them to appear on your listing. The top photo will be your main photo. Once you are satisfied click “continue” and your listing will be updated.

Why do I need to renew a listing? / How do I re-activate a listing?
Renewing a listing will keep the listing active on LoopNet’s marketplace.
1. Log in to and select the “My Listings” tab from the My LoopNet page.
2. Select the check box to the left of your listing and click “Renew Listing”.

Can a listing be added both For Sale and For Lease?
Yes it can, start by adding either a For Sale or For Lease listing. Once you create the first listing, follow the instructions below.
To create a listing from an existing one:
1. Click “Edit” next to the listing you would like to update.
2. Select “Edit Listing Details & Status.”
3. Scroll to the bottom of the “Listing Details” tab and click “Continue.”
4. At the top of the next screen, select “Create a For Sale/Lease Listing for Your Property” (This link is located in the yellow highlighted box).
5. Enter the required information and click “Continue,” “Add as Private Listing,” or “Add to LoopNet Marketplace” to save listing.*

    the options to edit a photo dont show up for me–need to rotate photos–and we are premium subscribers?

    It would be really nice to have a “Select all” feature so that you can select all your listings and renew.
