Now you can instantly edit text and add property notes or comments directly on reports. Any changes you make are saved automatically for your convenience.
Rearrange and delete content
You can easily change the order of listings in a report, or remove listings on the fly without starting over.
Your contact info included
By default, only your contact info appears on top of the report.
Instantly print, email, or share
Downloading PDFs and printing or emailing them is a cinch. You can also get a direct link to a report – this will give your contacts one-click access to the report you created (links stay live for 40 days).

Each report you create gets saved in the “My Reports” section of your account (which you can find under My LoopNet). You can name your reports to help you stay organized.

Great addition to reporting functionality!
Ran into a problem. It defaults for lease listings as $/sf/month. Very ugly format to send to prospects and brokers. Most people look for $/month or $/sf/year. The only way to adjust is to edit each listing within the report and hope for the best when it doubles back to the loopnet listing. The default should be the unit of measure the user chose in each listing. In my case, $/month. Help!
I agree with you that delivering a client a crummy-looking report is like wrapping a hot listing in a wet blanket. The report makes the great impact on the client and it like the face of the company that how company deals and look like.
