LoopNet Teams Up with Glide to Assist the Hungry

It’s well know that LoopNet is committed to providing quality products and services to our members. What’s not as well known is that LoopNet is equally committed to giving back to our community, assisting the deserving but less fortunate people in our neighborhood, our country and our World.

That commitment recently delivered 16 Loopsters and a sizable cash donation to the doorsteps of Glide, a local organization that runs a soup kitchen. Upon arrival, the LoopNet team donned aprons, gloves and hairnets to cook and serve dinner to hundreds of San Francisco’s homeless. Everyone, Loopsters, staff members and diners alike had so much fun that even the fire alarm (false alarm) that went off in the middle of dinner couldn’t dampen the positive energy that was created by the LoopNet team.

“Helping someone in need, doing my part to make the World a little better always makes me feel great,” said Alex Rodriquez. “I am extremely grateful to be working at a company like LoopNet that organizes volunteer opportunities for me. The fact that they allow me to do so on company time is fabulous. LoopNet cares.”

Great stuff! We need more companies that do this kind of stuff. I'm happy to be at a real estate brokerage that helps people in need, and like I said, we need more people to do this! kamloops real estate

I applaud you all! I know Glide personally and its a Wonderful organization!
Lets challenge all those PHAT, RICH commercial brokers to get out and connect with a charity organization like Glide in your own community.
I'm now in West Palm Beach Florida and will do the same! Thanks for all your hard work and improvements to your products and services.
Best Brenda M. Starr, MBA
