Need to find comps in a specific submarket? Good News, we’ve integrated Map Searching where it makes the most sense… on the search results page. Simply click “Expand Map” to access advanced panning and zooming tools, view parcel lines, and use Road, Aerial and Bird’s Eye views to get a better feel for the property.
2. Photos on Search Results – Subscribers Only
A picture is worth 1000 words. We’ll save you time by providing property photo, when available, before you click into the record. You can quickly assess if this is a comp that will meet your needs.
3. Quick Access with a Single Click
Have you ever been in the middle of a For Sale search on LoopNet and wanted comps that match the same criteria? Now it’s easy and fast! Simply select “Sold/RecentSales” from your current search.
4. Faster Reporting Options
We’ve just made creating a report for a colleague or client much easier to once again… save you time. RecentSales subscribers can now create a summary report right from the search results page. Simply select properties of interest and click “Summary Report” to generate a PDF that you can then email or save to your computer.

I can't see any information at the bottom of the summary showing the average sales price, price per square foot, etc for the group of properties included in the report .
Thats pretty standard with the other information services and certainly you have all the data because we can sort by that information.
I'm just thinking that I'm missing a button due to web browser issues maybe ?

I have been using the a la carte product. I can't say enough about it. I don't need comps every day, so I appreciate having the option and the search parameter flexibility is great. Thanks!
