Our goal is to provide a range of tools and services for you to advertise your property. We provide the flexibility that allows you to choose how much exposure you want for each of your listings.

You can add as many listings to LoopNet for free. If you'd like additional exposure, you can upgrade to Premium Membership. Today we're excited to announce that all LoopNet Showcase property listings will now be automatically available on 40+ more web sites via a partnership with American City Business Journals. LoopNet Answers - a few months later

Last year we introduced LoopNet Answers (beta), a product to allow the commercial real estate community to share what they know to help each other out. We knew most people come to LoopNet and connect through available properties for sale and lease but why not allow them to connect in other ways? Why not allow members to network and build business relationships? LoopNet Answers is a step towards that.

We're excited to see novices and professionals alike use Answers to give and get advice from their peers about buying, leasing, managing, and valuing commercial real estate. Questions can be answered by multiple members to provide different points of view.

Here are some interesting questions members have asked:
Check it out by visiting: http://answers.loopnet.com/. Need advice on a commercial property deal? Not sure what a commercial real estate term means? Ask a question. Make sure to search existing questions and answers to see if your question has already been asked.

What else would you like LoopNet do to allow commercial real estate participants to connect with each other? What would be useful for your business and career?
