Thanks for trying to bring hope for this new upcoming year. I actually enjoyed the song. It sumarized the entire year in a simple form. Yet I have read several articles that state that there is a new wave of commercial forecclosures that is yet to come. Do you think that these new commercial foreclosures will be a positive thing for the real estate industry?
